O B I T U A R Y Teresa Lynn Moaton of Campbellsville, Kentucky, daughter of Carl Gurley of Florida, Linda Gurley of Illinois, and other mother, Donna Burtcheard also of Illinois, was born on Thursday, August 14, 1969 in Sandwich, Illinois and departed this life on Thursday, July 13, 2022 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville. She was 52 years, and 11 months of age. She was a caregiver, and her children and grandchildren were her world. Besides her parents, she is survived by a son and daughter-in-law: Austin Tyler and Ambre Gurley of Greensburg; step-children: Shatana Moaton of Chicago, and Tanya Bridgewater of Campbellsville; three grandchildren: Addison Gurley, Alayna Gurley and Asher Gurley all of Greensburg; a sister and three brothers: Ashley Gurley, Mike Burtcheard, Doug Burtcheard, and Greg Gurley all of Illinois; and a host of other relatives and friends. ……………………. Honoring her wishes, cremation was chosen.
