OBITUARY Phillip Lynn Squires of Bardstown, Kentucky, son of the late Gilbert Squires and Sara Payne Squires, was born on Sunday, July 19, 1961 in Easton, Illinois and departed this life on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at the U.K. Bluegrass Hospice Care Center in Lexington. He was 59 years, 9 months, and 26 years of age. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Eastern Gate Baptist Church in Shepherdsville. He was also employed with Enterprise Rental Car. Survivors include his former wife and best friend: Marcia Baker Squires of Louisville; two brothers: Pat Squires and Garnett Squires; and a host of other relatives and friends. Mr. Squires was also preceded in death by a brother: Ray Squires. ………………………………….. There will be a private burial in the Coffey Cemetery in Green County.
