O B I T U A R Y
Mr. Joseph "Joe" R. Clark of Evansville, Indiana, son of David Clark and Ollye Davenport Clark both of Louisville, was born on Friday, January 27, 1950 in Green County, Kentucky and departed this life on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at his home in Indiana. He was 67 years, 11 months, and 13 days of age.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ. He was a graduate of Iroquois High School where he played football. He was also a graduate of University of Louisville. Joe loved his many years of work at GE in Louisville and then with Kenco Logistics as Director of Operations for many of the Whirlpool locations, not only Evansville, but across the country. In his earlier years he loved riding his Harley across the country, flying his private plane, and raising and training horses. Most of all Joe loved his family.
Besides his parents Mr. Clark is survived by a son: Skyler Clark of Indiana; sisters: Erica Clark Coyle and Patti Clark both of Louisville; soul mate: Mary Simpson Cooper of Indiana and her daughters, Emily Cooper of Alaska and Ashley Cooper of Hawaii; two special young people: Justin Kellerman and Mallory Kellerman; aunt, uncles, cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Mr. Clark was preceded in death by paternal grandparents: Lewis and Francis Williams; maternal grandparents: Leora and Horton Davenport; and his beloved great-aunt and great-uncle: Lewis and Vada Moran.

The funeral services for Mr. Joseph "Joe" R. Clark will be conducted at 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at the Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Ave., Evansville, Indiana 47711. www.browningfuneral.com. Rev. Rollin Simpson officiating. Visitation after 4:00 P.M., Wednesday at the Browning Funeral Home until time of the funeral service.
Second funeral service for Mr. Clark will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, January 20, 2018 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg with burial to follow in the Davenport Cemetery in Green County.
Visitation is requested after 9:00 A.M., Saturday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home until time of the funeral service. www.cowherdandparrott.com or Facebook.
