O B I T U A R Y

Fred "Bud" Lewis of Greensburg, Kentucky son of the late Fred Lewis and Ellen Lewis, was born on Thursday, July 10, 1958 in Hazard and departed this life on Monday, November 17, 2025 at his home. He was 67 years, 4 months, and 7 days of age.

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and previously worked as a truck driver.

He is survived by his wife: Phyllis Kees Lewis of Greensburg, having united in marriage on July 2, 1993.

Other survivors include his five children: Jesse Choat, Naomi Diego-Gasper, Morgan Choat, Martha Lewis, Prescilla Edwards; twenty-one grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and a host of brothers, sisters, other relatives, and friends.

Honoring his wishes, cremation was chosen. There will be no formal services at this time.
