Connie Sue Bowen Coffey, of Greensburg, Kentucky, daughter of the late William Bowen and Nellie Witham Bowen, was born on Friday, April 4, 1958 in Campbellsville and departed this life on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at her home. She was 66 years, 9 months, and 21 days of age.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Ladies Chapel Church. She worked as a CNA at Green Hill Manor.

She was united in marriage for 46 years to William Allen Coffey on September 12, 1975, who preceded her in death on May 4, 2022.

Survivors include two sons and their spouses: Shawn Coffey and Cassie of Campbellsville, Jason Coffey and Jonathan Cooper of Greensburg; five grandchildren: Jamie Coffey of Campbellsville, Brookelyn Coffey of Greensburg, Gracie Coffey of Campbellsville, Adelia Simpson of Campbellsville, Dylan Lile of Greensburg; a sister: Phyllis Henderson of Campbellsville; a brother: Billy Bowen of Greensburg; her best friend: MaryAnn Wilson of Edmonton; caregivers: Shelia Davenport and Crystal Wright both of Greensburg.

Besides her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by a sister: Pat Shofner.

The funeral services for Connie Sue Bowen Coffey will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Central Time, Tuesday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in Green County Memory Gardens. Bro. Shawn Coffey and Bro. Cliffton Sullivan officiating.

Visitation is requested from 4 P.M. until 8 P.M., Central Time, Monday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7:00 A.M., Tuesday until time of the service.

The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Gideon Bible Fund which can be made at the funeral home.
