O B I T U A R Y Anna Kathryne Tucker McKinney of Louisville, Kentucky, daughter of the late Castle Tucker and Ada Judd Tucker, was born on Thursday, November 29, 1928 in Green County, Kentucky and departed this life on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at the Flaget Hospital in Bardstown. She was 92 years, four months, and one day of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ, was a member of the Farmdale Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She united in marriage to Boyce Dale McKinney, Sr. on December 22, 1949 who preceded her in death on February 7, 2004. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law: Peggy and John Archer of Louisville; a son: Boyce Dale McKinney, Jr of Shepherdsville; four grandchildren: Melanie Dowell, Heather Schutte, Craig Archer all of Louisville, and Christopher McKinney of Boston, KY; eight great-grandchildren: Brittany, Grace, Sophie, Claire, Ryan, Luke, Kate and Abel; and a host of other relatives and friends. Mrs. McKinney was also preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters: Edward Tucker, Bloyd Tucker, Weldon Tucker, Becky Judd, and Betty Curry. ………………… The funeral services for Anna Kathryne Tucker McKinney will be conducted at 1:00 P.M., Central Time, Saturday, April 3, 2021 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Liletown Cemetery. Bro. Doug Strader officiating. Visitation is requested after 9:30 A.M., Saturday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home until time of the funeral service.
