Agnes Wanain Davis Judd



Mrs. Agnes Wanain Davis Judd of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, daughter of the late James Frank Davis and Annie May Wright Davis, was born on March 12, 1924 in Green County, Kentucky and departed this life on Monday, March 20, 2017 at the Sunrise Manor Nursing Facility. She was 93 years and 8 days of age.



She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Oak Grove Separate Baptist Church. She was a machine operator for the former American Needlecraft Company and was a homemaker.



She united in marriage to Raymond Dalton Judd on April 19, 1943 who preceded her in death on September 3, 2004.



Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law: Dastel and Kathy Judd, and Dexter and Tammy Judd all of Tennessee; a daughter and son-in-law: Diane and John Clemens of Elizabethtown; a sister: Athena Vaughan of Bowling Green; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.



Mrs. Judd was also preceded in death by a brother and three sisters: Burlin Davis, Media Tucker, Ozella Davis and Orvenice Bishop.

The funeral services for Mrs. Agnes Wanain Davis Judd will be conducted at 12:00 Noon, CST, Saturday, March 25, 2017 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Bro. Trent Davis and Bro. J.R. Tucker officiating.



Visitation is requested after 9:30 A.M., Saturday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home until time of the funeral service.



Memorials are suggested to the Oak Grove Cemetery Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
